We offer a clear return and refund policy to protect your consumer rights. All unused, unmodified and intact items can be applied for return or exchange within 30 calendar days after you receive the package.
Eligible Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, no scratches, no deformation and keep original packaging.
- All accessories, tags and gift boxes must be returned together.
- Personal customized items, clearance goods and discounted products are non returnable and non refundable.
- Damage caused by manual collision, improper wear or artificial damage will not be accepted for return.
Refund Process

- We will send you a formal return authorization and return address within 24 hours.
- Customers need to bear the return shipping cost unless the item has quality problems or delivery errors on our side.
- After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your original payment refund within 3 to 7 working days.
Defective & Wrong Items
If you receive defective products, wrong styles or missing accessories, please provide clear photos or videos within 7 days after delivery. We support free replacement, partial refund or full refund according to the actual situation.
